CHI 2012 Notes

I went to CHI 2012 back in early May of this year (2012). Here are some interesting papers/demos I saw, with notes I took.

• A normal natural trouble of driving with GPS
• Building the trail best traveled: effects of domain knowledge on web search trailblazing Questions: How to use experts information to guide novice search? How do they blaze trails? What's the differences between this work and Google's social search?
• Determining the orientation of proximate mobile devices using their back facing camera
