How to reply emails

I religiously use emails everyday. Some of the emails are really hard for me to reply. So I decide to make a chart below and I will put this on my homepage after adding more instructions.

One more thing: Please do not write to my co-authors of the same paper separately. This will make each of them spend 15 minutes to reply the same set of questions. Put them all together in ``To'' field.
